  • Photos containing your face or another person's face

  • Videos containing your face or another person's face

  • Facial information detected or derived from those photos or videos for the purpose of performing the requested face transformation

  • Other image or video information necessary to generate the requested result

We process this information only when you choose to use a feature that requires it.

How face data is collected

Face data is obtained directly from the media that you voluntarily select, capture, or upload through the App. We do not obtain facial information from public databases, social networks, contact lists, or other unrelated sources.

Purpose of processing

Face data and uploaded media are used only to:

  • Perform the face-swap operation requested by you

  • Generate AI videos, images, portraits, or other requested transformations

  • Detect and process faces required for the requested AI feature

  • Return the generated result to you

2. AI Processing and Our Servers

The AI processing used by the App is performed through our own backend/server infrastructure.

  • When you request an AI feature, the selected photo or video may be securely transmitted from your device to our servers so that we can perform the requested processing.

  • The media is processed by our application/backend infrastructure and the generated result is returned to your device.

Third-party AI services

  • We do not send your uploaded photos, videos, facial information, or face data to third-party AI services for AI processing.

  • We do not use third-party AI providers to perform the requested face-swap processing on your uploaded media.

  • Your uploaded media is processed through our own AI/backend system.

Third-party infrastructure

Our backend may rely on hosting, cloud infrastructure, networking, security, storage, or other technical infrastructure providers to operate our servers. These infrastructure providers may technically process or store information only as necessary to provide infrastructure and security services to us. They are not authorized to use your uploaded media or face data for their own advertising, marketing, or AI-model training purposes.

3. Uploading and Storage of Photos and Videos

  • Photos and videos selected for AI processing are transmitted to our servers only when necessary to provide the feature requested by you.

  • We do not permanently store your uploaded photos or videos.

  • Uploaded AI media is automatically deleted from our servers within 3 days after processing.

  • Generated results may be returned to your device so that you can view, save, or otherwise use them.

  • If a feature processes media entirely on your device, that media remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly choose a feature that requires server-side processing.

  • Face data associated with uploaded photos and videos is retained only for the period necessary to process your requested AI operation and to complete the applicable server-side processing workflow.

  • Uploaded AI media is automatically deleted from our servers within 3 days after processing.

  • We do not retain uploaded face images or videos indefinitely.

  • We do not maintain a permanent facial database of users.

Where enabled, the App may use Meta Audience Network for advertising. Meta may process advertising and technical information according to its applicable privacy policies and your privacy settings.

Meta does not receive uploaded face-swap photos, videos, or facial information from us for advertising purposes.

The App may offer premium features, subscriptions, or other in-app purchases. Payments are processed through the applicable platform's official billing system:
